PERSONAL-USE LICENSE
1. YOUR LEGACY SONG
Each commissioned Legacy Song is a one-of-one keepsake crafted from your story for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You receive a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to listen to, share privately with family and friends, and play your song at personal gatherings (weddings, memorials, birthdays, family events).
2. WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED
The master recording, composition, and underlying rights remain owned by Arkitekt / Spirit Nation Records. Personal use does not include: commercial release, streaming distribution (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube monetization, etc.), synchronization in paid media, resale, remixing for profit, or use in advertising or branded content without a separate written license.
3. CERTIFICATE OF OWNERSHIP
Your Certificate confirms that your song is a unique, dedicated work created exclusively for you. It is a keepsake of authenticity, not a transfer of master rights or publishing.
4. FREE GIFTS
The personalized letter and free song are gifts for personal encouragement. Please don't republish, sell, or use them commercially.
5. REFUNDS
Because each Legacy Song is custom-crafted from your testimony, commissions are non-refundable once production has begun. If you have concerns, reach out tocontact@thearkitekt.coand we'll make it right.
